We are a Real Estate company based in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. We specialize in Rentals, and Sales, striving to deliver professional, results orientated services. We established this business in 2007, our mission being to provide an honest, friendly and professional service to our clients, acting in the best interests of Sellers, Landlords, and Tenants. We manage a portfolio of rental properties monthly, ensuring invoicing, collection, payments to service providers, as well as maintenance issues being addressed where necessary, are managed effectively.

ABOUT LYNN BULL

Having worked in Development Sales with Summercon for approx. 9 years,  I felt a calling to open up a small business with the intention of handling rentals and resales in my area of expertise.   Having loved the Company ethos and product, I felt equipped to do this effectively.   And so we have grown, little by little, by establishing trust and relationships.   Our primary business is rentals, and the management thereof, in may cases,  but have effectively concluded a number of sales over the years.
